Kim is CEO of Hagen Realty Group, His professional auction experience began in June of 1991, at which time he conducted a farm equipment consignment auction on the family farm in West Georgia. In September of 1991 he entered the real estate profession as a full time career. Since entering the real estate profession, he has conducted well over one thousand auctions and has sold such properties as C-stores, QSR's, Car Washes, Hotels, Mini Warehouses, Shopping Centers, Condos and Apartment portfolios at auction with sale results in the hundreds of millions. Kim has marketed residential, industrial, commercial, agricultural and resort properties throughout the United States.
Kim has conducted auctions for clients such as Fortune 100 Companies, U. S. Marshal Service, Farm Credit Special Asset Division, U. S. Small Business Administration, Certified Development Companies (CDCs) regional, national, and states banks, special servicers, several U. S. Bankruptcy Courts, receivers, trustees, numerous attorneys, estates, and individuals throughout the United States.
Professional designations include the prestigous Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. Only about 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects the caliber of service Kim will provide to clients. Additional designations include the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from National Auctioneers Education Institute, Accredited Auctioneer in Real Estate (AARE) designation from National Auctioneers Education Institute, and Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation from National Auctioneers Education Institute.
He is currently a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in several states.

Kim has made presentations in 22 states and Canada for state and national associations including the National Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors, American Bankruptcy Institute, several state auction commissions, numerous state auctioneers associations, professional trade organizations and the U.S Small Business Administration. Kim has served as an instructor for the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation, Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation for the National Auctioneers Education Institute and as a real estate instructor for Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in High Point, North Carolina since 1998. Kim has gained the respect of his peers and is known as a proven leader in the asset disposition industry.
Kim has served as a Trustee of The National Auctioneers Education Institute, President of the Board of Governor's for Auction Marketing Institute, Ex Officio Member of The National Auctioneers Association Board of Directors, President-Elect of the Auction Marketing Institute and a Director of the Auction Marketing Institute. Kim has also previously served on the Board of Directors as well as North Georgia Vice-President of Georgia Auctioneers Association. He has also served on numerous community boards and committees.
