Kim Heath

Kim’s “why” is to establish long client relationships by providing excellent customer service, knowledge, and experience and for those relationships to be lasting friendships.

Kim has been involved in real estate since 2005 gaining expertise in listings, transaction coordination, communication, successful systems, and appraising before becoming a licensed agent in 2008. As a broker, she holds two designations – ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and has helped clients buy and sell for the past dozen years. Her professional passions are to listen respectfully to what clients share with her and to be their best advocate.

In her off time, Kim enjoys taking unplanned, no map road trips with her husband who is a teacher and coach during which they make unexpected discoveries. She also values spending time with her grandchildren.
Kim’s core values include practicing The Golden Rule, having integrity, and believing that what she puts out there will come back to her in due course.
