Kim is a true professional in her business! We bought a home from her and liked her so much, we asked her to sell our existing home. She worked extremely hard and sold our home after a little over 3 weeks! In those 3 weeks she held open houses on both Saturday and Sundays until she accomplished her goal! She is a great communicator and worked hard for us-she always kept us in the loop in all details. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again if we ever need her services!

Kim Hermann was absolutely fantastic!! She was the agent I selected when selling my parents' home. Her local knowledge was very impressive. The house was not in the greatest of shape, but she had a vision of what the house could become and conveyed that in her listing. She was immediately responsive and kept me well informed throughout the selling and closing process. As can happen, there was an unexpected glitch in the closing of the house (no fault of hers) and she more than rose above the call of duty to resolve the issue. Without doubt, I would absolutely recommend Kim Hermann!!!
