First meeting Kim Hodges she was friendly and professional and you can tell she just knew what she was doing. My husband and I bought an investment home and flipped and remodeled the home and Kim was our realtor. The transaction was fast and efficient. She did so good with that we had to have her help with the sale of our primary home. She came ready and prepared for everything including the staging and we got offers the same day. Kim kept in touch & kept us updated with proper expectations being set. We were never left not knowing what was going on. Any issue that came about Kim took care of it and our home was sold. When I say Kim is amazing at what she does I mean just that, she cares about her clients, so now she is the Realtor for the purchase of our new home. We could not have done this without her. Any new investment moves we make whether buying or selling she will be the only one we call. We are truly happy with her services.
