Kim Hynes

As a native of Spokane, Kim is familiar with this beautiful area and fond of the local, regional attributes.

Growing up, she was fascinated with architecture, which led to her education in Interior Design after graduating high school.

Before transitioning full-time into Real Estate in 2014, she spent 13 years in the construction and property management industries. During this time, she developed her skills and knowledge of interior finishes, kitchen design, home staging, and project management.

She has been honored to assist many clients over the years with their real estate portfolios and have challenged herself on building her own portfolio with a few “flips” and investment properties.

When it comes to Real Estate, it pays to have an agent who is not only committed to working on behalf of her clients, but also keeping their needs and wants in mind. Whether they are investing, purchasing, selling or growing their own Real Estate portfolio, Kim will put my skills, expertise and knowledge to work for her clients!

When she’s not in the office or with clients, she takes advantage of the many forms of recreation this area has to offer. During the winter, she can often be found at one of their 5 local Ski Resorts. It is common to see her sitting with her snowboard strapped to her feet while negotiating a transaction! Summers are fabulous here in Spokane and whenever possible, she enjoys boating with her tribe. Did she mention that she is a Dog Mom?! She has two Shih-Tzu’s who have filled her life with love, mischief, and all sorts of shenanigans through the years.
