Kim has been our trusted realtor on Maui since 2015 and has helped us with more than one transaction. She sets herself apart with her professionalism, open communication, responsiveness and expertise and personal connections in the Maui real estate market. We had to complete our transactions remotely and so it was so comforting to have Kim guiding us and moving the process forward on the ground. I was never worried that a ball would be dropped or a detail missed. Highly recommend without hesitation!

So, before I do anything else today, I must first get this out to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property with Kim. We have done both with her in the past, and most recently she sold our house in 30 days from start to close. Not only that but we received a Make Me An Offer To Move!! I think in those types of situations they could hectic, frenzied, and thrown together. Our experience with Kim was just the opposite. This last transaction was so smooth as she has such great working relationship with the surveyor, the inspectors, and appraisers. We could tell she is highly regarded in her field, accounting for just how seamless this transaction went. Again, in 30 days, with an amazing offer that she made happen. I write this so others may have the opportunity to work with her especially during this strange time in history, it was such a pleasure to have something go so right and smooth!!

Her service was professional, and her communication was very prompt and thorough. Kim is exceptional. She exudes professionalism with warmth, responds quickly and thoroughly and is the most knowledgable person I've met on every detail of a real estate transaction in Hawaii.
