Kim Jergentz

Kim has lived in Chico since 1977. Like so many before and after her, she came to Chico to attend Butte College and California State University, Chico and never left. Though she is not a native Chicoan, she considers herself a local. Kim's real estate career spans more than thirty years, with a detour into the management of a locally owned real estate company over the last several years. Getting back into sales has been rejuvenating and her recent move to Parkway Real Estate Co. has given her the reboot to get back into the business of helping people buy and sell real estate.

Her experiences in real estate sales, management, and 1031 exchanges have added to the knowledge she uses to represent her clients. Her standards of practice are solid and consistent and her clients never have to wonder about the process. All of her business is by referral, and she considers that to be the highest compliment any agent could ask for.
