Kim is also very tentative she managed the entire process and game in with a great strategy that fit our personal goals. I wanted to take a moment and tell you what I hope you’ve already heard by now and, if not, you’re not listening to your clients… KIM KIM IS AMAZING!!!!

Use her as your realtor posterchild for all others to emulate.

She is humble, polite, trustworthy, competent and pays attention to the details. She always goes the extra mile to make sure things are effortless. Examples, the house hunt was CRAZY in this market! Kim was on it… sending us lists, constant communication (early morning/late hours) and even meeting us to look at houses last minute as they popped up. She even drove to Williamsburg twice knowing we probably wouldn’t end up purchasing there. I thought to myself, “this is a badass realtor”!

Going the extra mile to make things seamless. She was our agent as buyers, our seller was a for-sale-by-owner and during the contract process there were times she assisted both parties when she could’ve let things slip on the seller’s end. At one point, she was simultaneously coordinating closing documents with our mortgage lender, working title company wire instructions and assisting the seller with termite inspection paperwork. Her network reaches far and wide!

I know everything I’ve mentioned may just be simply doing her job but this is the 3rd house we’ve purchased and we’ve never had a realtor treat us with such respect and thoughtfulness as well as go above and beyond the typical service received. It’s much appreciated!

Kim was the utmost professional realtor I have ever used. She listened to my desires and watched over every detail of the sale. The buyers were extremely picky and she helped me navigate through the process. I was able to talk to her anytime about anything that was going on throughout the sale.

Kim Kim went above and beyond when it came to all things house hunting. This was our first home and we are quite the picky pair, but she accepted that and even embraced it. She took the time to go through multiple houses with us day in and day out, some of them were incredibly last minute. She pointed out stuff in the houses as we went through and answered any and all questions we ever presented to her. All of her recommendations of a lender and our home inspector were incredible. Everyone had told me that buying a house for the first time is a nightmare, our experience certainly wasn’t that! Thanks to Kim we landed our dream home where we will get to start our little family. Even after the closing she has still been checking in on us and seeing how we are doing. Kim Kim really looks for what’s in your best interest and what you want in your home. I would and have been recommending her to everyone that mentions even considering looking. If you want a solid, comfortable, and fun experience in shopping for a home, Kim is your woman! She cares and it shows brightly and beautifully.

Kim is a great real estate agent and person. She listens carefully to her clients requests and does not stop the property search until the client is fully satisfied. She is not pushy like some the other agents just to complete the sale. She makes herself available to fit the client's schedule for property showings. Kim will look after the client every step of the purchase process. I would use her services again!

Kim Kim helped us find our perfect home in Virginia. She is very responsive and helped us navigate through the process of buying our 1st home while we were living abroad. She scheduled all our visits and gave us video tours of all the properties, arranged inspections and everything that we needed to make an informed purchase happen. When we got to Virginia the house was ready for us and we signed in less than a week after our arrival to the area.

I think In order to be an outstanding real estate agent you have to have a ton of patience and Kim has that in spades. She is very responsive to calls and requests. She sold our house the first day on the market!!! Not only is she a tough negotiator but she took the time to ensure our home was in tip top shape and extremely marketable. We got above listing price due to her expertise and help in preparing for a very competitive market. She walked us through the whole process in a very professional and personal manner tailoring to our needs. It is not easy selling a home from out of state but she streamlined the process for us to close quickly and easily. I highly recommend that if you want an honest, through, tough but fair agent you look toward Kim to be on your side!
