Kim Knudsen

Kim likes to work with her clients to help them get the most positive real estate experience you can have. Whether buying or selling, she will go right to work to make every experience as painless, easy and enjoyable as possible.

With her attention to detail, creative & analytic style and energetic personality, she works hard to make every experience good for everyone involved, and hopefully have some fun along the way.

She enjoys learning and extending her knowledge base to help her clients. She is proud to have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation. Only 4% of REALTORS hold the esteemed CRS designation.

She thinks of herself in the business of real estate consulting more than sales. She assumes that you would prefer to work with someone who listens to your needs and helps you get what YOU want.

Having grown up in Corvallis she has a good knowledge of the area as well as a genuine love for it. She attended the wonderful public school system and graduated Cum Laude from Oregon State University.

She loves to do a multitude of arts & crafts and build things. She has been a dancer for a long time and loves Ballroom, Swing, Latin and Country dancing. She and her husband (Bret) enjoy all kinds of sports and being outdoors. She is an environmentally conscious person and they have fun canning and preserving their fruits and vegetables from their property. They have a small farm they call Shady Squirrel Ranch…because of the bothersome ground squirrels. They occasionally sell their honey and other goodies too.

Having graduated in film & TV production and worked in the film business, she loves movies and independent cinema. And last, but not least, she loves her family. They are the reason she left the film business and resides so happily in Corvallis. She and Bret plan to spend the rest of their lives here. They feel lucky to be able to raise their daughter and son here in such a wonderful community!
