Kim went above and beyond to help us move from Fairmont to Albert Lea! She did a wonderful job marketing our home and helping us get what we wanted out of it quickly- which was important for our situation. She was also very patient with us and made several trips to Albert Lea to help us find a new home that was just right for us. Kim was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her services!

Yep I was skeptical. I didn’t think we would sell easily. Kim said I was stressed out and needed to take a breath. She asked me to list everything I was concerned about and then addressed each item. In the end she was absolutely right and we had an offer in half the time I thought. She held my hand and sold the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

There was some garbage left behind on my property..she offered to haul it away for me and years later I still get Christmas cards! Talk about Minnesota nice!

Kim is very good at what she does, she knows houses! I know a lot about houses myself and I was impressed with her knowledge. She also likes to get to know people and she is wonderful. She really does work for you then in finding the best match of a property that you can be happy with. I feel confident that she has your best interest at heart. We took our time with an off again on again search over different cities and she was always there for us. She was so warm and flexible, even with our busy schedules. I highly recommend her!
