I have only a few "trusted advisors" in my life. Kim is one. Her advise is always based in knowledge of her subject and is unrelenting in its insistence on known facts. While I have left NV, I still consider Kim my agent.

Moving from the city, we were looking for a quiet paradise. Kim was a pleasure to work with. She knows the market and was able to give expert advice on the rural properties . Kim was willing to go the extra mile for us, as I’m sure she does for all of her clients. She jumped through hoops to get us a quick closing. Her expertise did not stop at closing, she continues to help long after we moved in. It is nice to have someone do the research for you, we have had so many agents that do not. I do, and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for real estate. New : this is the second time Kim has helped with a transaction. Not only did she do her job, she was and is a help on our purchase in another state for a realtor who did not do his job. She was invaluable on not only our sale but our purchase. My only regret is she wasn’t our agent on both transactions. She keeps you informed and will fight for you and your investment.

There isn’t enough space to tell you how fortunate I was to have Kim Leavitt as my listing agent. Quite a few issues came up that Kim went outside the box to handle. Just an incredible effort she put in. Have to add Kim also got information for sellers agent for the house I was buying as my agent did nothing but complain about doing her own job. If it wasn’t for Kim that deal would have fallen through! Thank You so much Kim as You are truly an incredible Real Estate Agent!!!

We used Kim's services on buying some property in Nevada. we live out of state, and Kim had everything set up to be able to be done on line, and if she didn't have an answer right away, she researched it and got back to us in a timely manner. she is well connected, and we had no issues, thanks to Kim.

Kim was awesome!! She’s a super nice person besides a great real estate person!! We listed our property with her. It was easy ! Then we moved out of state. We sold our property for a profit, and did it all over the phone !! Kim is a true professional and works hard for you! I would definitely recommend her to everyone !

Kim was very nice and pleasant to work with had all the answers to our questions and was very courteous and very quick to get back with answers that we needed she also work hand-in-hand with the mortgage company to be sure that everything was correct and ready to go once we found our place once we went into signing she was there so if we had questions we could ask any details I would refer her to anyone at anytime she's a very confident real estate lady and knows what she's doing

Working with Kim was amazing! Our styles for negotiating matched instantly and resulted in us buying a property for a very competitive price. We first met Kim out at the property we ended up purchasing. She made an impression and appeared to have very similar opinions and values as we did and walked every inch of the property that we did. We looked at several pieces of land in the Washoe Valley area before going back to that first property where we placed our first offer. Kim wasn’t worried about her commission, but working out a fair deal for us, she was professional, fun, inquisitive and willing to go the extra step in getting answers to our questions and we asked a lot of them! We have since introduced her to friends also looking to purchase land or a home and they think she’s wonderful too.
