Kim Lendman

Kim grew up in Texas spending her weekends on her Uncle’s Arabian Ranch prior to attending The University of Texas to obtain a degree in Radio, Television and Film. She pursued her love of filmmaking and headed west to Los Angeles. After 10 years of the hustle and bustle, Kim sold her own home, packed her family up and moved to Montana. They have loved raising their children in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. This is when her interest for Real Estate combined with her passion for Montana evolved into a new career that she loves.
In 2007, Kim combined her ranch experience and love of Montana and joined The Ranch Brokers. As a Personal and Sales Assistant to Cy Richard, Broker/Owner, Kim was involved in every aspect in the buying and selling process of numerous Ranch and Recreational properties in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. This is where she began to see all of Montana and learn more about ranch production and management. Kim also has a vast knowledge in many aspects of construction that she has learned from her husband who is a General Contractor. Together they have made many happy clients with construction, remodels and renovations.
She is honest, hard-working, enthusiastic and organized and will work hard for you whether you are buying or selling your property.
