I don't know where to begin...Kim is an amazing broker. From the beginning of the process to the end Kim walked me through the selling process by "holding my hand" through it all. I have never come across a broker that literally helped me prep my house to sell and when the process was all done she even helped me clean it out for walk through. She has treated me like a friend more than a client. Kim has the biggest heart and handles you as if you were only client, never in a rush, very patient, caring and understanding. She truly goes above and beyond and no words can describe how truly grateful I am to her. The best decision I made was choosing Kim as my broker. Kim sounds too good to be true, and yes if someone told me about her I may have had a hard time believing it all. She is a true superstar that stands above all the rest.

Kim is absolutely just the best of the best!!!! We looked at houses for close to 18 months in the toughest market and she was so positive, helpful, patient, and kind. She never let us settle on a house we didn’t love and prioritized our wishlist while continuously educating us and listening to us. Without Kim, I can safely say we wouldn’t currently be in our dream house. Her knowledge of the area, professionalism, attentiveness and responsiveness, and overall demeanor are unparalleled. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Would recommend her again and again and again.

If I could, I would give Kim 7 stars. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and she navigated the sale of our house through the middle of a pandemic with a tenant in the house. She kept us updated throughout the process and went above and beyond her scope of work to make sure the sale proceeded without any hiccups. We are very satisfied and would highly, highly recommend Kim.
