Kim Montini loves meeting and interacting with people. That is why she loves professional real estate so much: it is a people-centric field. She worked several years as a commercial property manager for a large developer in Tampa, FL. Now, she is excited to be working full time once again in the real estate industry with Beverly-Hanks & Associates. Regardless of whether her clients are a home buyer or seller, she can guide them through the entire process with patience, reliability, and appreciation of the time required to make one of their most important financial decisions. She personally understands the frustrations that come along with buying and selling a home, having moved multiple times over the years.

According to her family, she is relentless and does not give up on her goals. She welcomes the opportunity to be relentless for her clients, and she can assure them she will not give up helping them through the buying or selling process. Her goal is to make the transaction as smooth as possible, and to have a lasting friendship with happy clients.

Besides spending time with my family, Kim enjoy being outdoors working on their mini-farm, taking care of their three horses and three dogs, all of which bring her joy and serenity.
