Charlotte is the best rRealtor I’ve ever worked with and I’ve owned several homes in my life. she knew what I was looking for and she showed me gems of houses. One house was the ONE and I fell in love with it. She shared a video conference to where she walked every inch of that house showing everything to me since I am buying a house in Kentucky when I currently in Connecticut! I’m so excited for the next chapter of my life to unfold in Kentucky and I feel blessed to meet and work with Charlotte. She is a consummate professional and just makes it alm so easy. I have had a wonderful experience when I chose The Kim Musgrave team for my home purchase. My agent was, Allie Thebeau. She was so helpful with helping me find and purchase my first home. Kim helped us sell our house just this year and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We have only positive to share. Alli Thebeau helped us in searching for a home and she was outstanding! She was very professional and efficient. We would recommend her to anyone. Our plans for building fell through and we called Alli again and she immediately started looking for a home for us. She found a home in he exact location we were hoping for. Sarah Colston was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped me and my fiancé find our first home! I had a home in Western Kentucky that I needed help determining the value but I was living in Florida at the time. It was the home that I grew up in and I knew that I had no idea how to determine it’s actual worth. I had known about Kim Musgrave from my time living in Western Ky. She has been a real estate professional for over 20 years and I knew she good at job. I called her up and explained to her the details and my situation. She answered my call on the first time and explained to me what she would do and her timeframe. In about 3 days she called and told me she had went to my home. She gave me what I considered a good price that my home was worth. She went above and beyond for me and made what was a difficult process (selling my childhood home) a little easier. If I were to ever have a real estate need in Western Ky, there’s only one person I would consider using and that’s, Kim. Five stars is really not enough to rate her with.

We started working with Kim Musgrave with Elite Realty two years ago when we decided to sell one of our rental houses. She was very helpful and worked tirelessly on the sale which went smoothly and easily. We then listed another rental with her. Meanwhile, my husband retired and we asked Kim to help us in finding a house with a few extras to move into, plus we wanted to put our own house on the market.
