Kim was great in helping us locate a lot and builder that fit our needs. She was there to make sure things were on track, and done right/in a timely manner. When spring came around she made sure things that needed to be done due to weather were completed since we closed in the winter. Highly recommend!

Kim made the buying process of our first home very easy and very painless. She was there to help us every step of the way, from finding a mortgage lender, to finding the perfect home. When that home came on the market, she had us in the home within hours and by the next day, it was ours! Buying a home can be a scary thing, but having Kim there made the whole experience fun! With a growing family, we needed an housing upgrade. Kim went above and beyond our expectations on the selling/buying experience. While in the selling process of our previous home, Kim helped us find our dream home. We had a list of criteria that was very important to us, such as location and school district.
