I’ve lived in the Nashville area for over 30 years and have been investing in real estate—buying, improving, renting, and selling—since 2018. With a deep understanding of market trends and analysis, I use a proven, data-driven approach to take the guesswork out of buying and selling. My goal is to help my clients get where they want to go, on time and at the right price.

Since 2022, I’ve guided clients through every step of the process, whether that’s preparing a home for sale to maximize its value, identifying the best investment opportunities, or navigating the ins and outs of new construction. I also hold the Luxury Homes Certification from the Residential Real Estate Council and draw on my background in data analysis in psychology, with a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.
