Born and raised in Santa Cruz County, Kim started her real estate career in 1991. She has been the top selling agent for Tri- County Real Estate since 2004. Kim received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a California Teaching Credential in Physical Education.
Kim believes in giving back to her community, she taught in the Pajaro Valley Unified School District for fifteen years, coached the Watsonville High School Girls Varsity Basketball team from 1990-1994, served as the Chief negotiator for the Pajaro Valley Federation of Teachers for ten years. Kim was elected to the Board of Trustees for the Pajaro Valley Unified School District 2006-2010, where she served as both the Vice President and President. Kim is a member of the Center of Spiritual Living in Santa Cruz, where she served as a board member and a president. Kim is currently on the Board of Directors for the Pajaro Valley Association of Realtors, and she also serves as the Co-Chair of the Finance Committee.
