Kim Wolle

Kim Wolle (pronounced Wally) is a realtor at Realty Austin with a proven history in residential real estate. She started her career in 2001 working both in the title and mortgage areas. Since getting her license in 2013, she has sold A LOT of real estate and has obtained her Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.

She works hard to make sure her clients have a positive experience using tested systems and is a master negotiator to help them get where they want to go. She listens, asks questions to assess needs and solves problems. Education is serious business and Kim goes beyond the minimum hours of required coursework each year. Instead, she plans for and takes classes throughout every year that will make her a better agent.

When Kim is not helping people achieve their real estate goals, she spends time with her husband Drew, their daughter Harper and their trusted four-legged little friends, Augie, and Pepper. She and her husband own two homes together - she knows the process and what you are going through! She practices yoga on a regular basis, volunteers her time to Meals on Wheels and Foundation Communities in addition to donating her time and part of every commission to Habitat for Humanity.
