I have referred Kimber clients to work with in the past, and she has gone above and beyond for them and shown up in ways that were so meaningful to them. She is an excellent negotiator, on top of every little detail, really understands contracts and compliance, has a great demeanor about the way she does business, and is extremely logical and level headed in the way she approaches challenging real estate situations. She is someone who actually cares about the client experience and representing buyers and sellers at the highest level in the industry. I met Kimber through the Denver Midcentury Modern Group, and from the start she was a WEALTH of information! We weren't even in the buying/selling market yet, but she was so friendly and interested in talking cool design we started a conversation.

Fast forward to May, we had sold our home and our realtor was going on Maternity leave, plus she wasn't as familiar with MCM homes that we were seeking. Kimber to the rescue!

Navigating the insane Denver market, plus seeking an already very desirable kind of home made for an interesting challenge. The entire time Kimber assured us that with patience, dedication, and some luck, we'd find the perfect home for us and our budget. She went above and beyond to send us potential properties we'd missed in our searches, alerted us to things she had inside knowledge of coming on the market, and didn't waste our time with things that were too small, the wrong style, or too expensive.

Because of Kimber's connections in real estate, we ended up with an amazing time capsule from 1971 with tons of land yet close to downtown Littleton. The price was spot on, we didn't have to fight or overpay, and we got a gem of a home. Additionally, her relationship with the selling agent meant that negotiations were smooth as glass and completed in record time to all of our benefit.

Now that we officially own our new place and are having friends and family over, every one says the same thing...How did you find such an awesome place in this location? Your realtor must be amazing!

Kimber is amazing. She sold our house in what seemed like a matter of hours. She has been excellent to work with and really goes to bat for her clients. She is a wealth of information in our region, often-times being able to identify builders and architects by simply looking at the home! She serves on the board for historical preservation nonprofits as well, and truly has a passion for the area, and specifically, mid-mod architecture, finishes, etc. Home shopping is a ton of fun with her as well, and I can safely say we will never use anyone else for our real estate needs.

Kimber was an incredible agent to work with. As first time home owners, we had no idea of the nuances of hunting for a house. Every house we looked at, Kimber went out of her way to advise on the condition of things we hadn't even thought of, such as the hot water heater, the furnace, the foundation, the driveway, etc. She was also able to share our vision of our perfect house, pointing out areas where walls could be opened up, where aspects of rooms could be improved, and where we could personalize in a manner befitting ourselves.

Kimber was also very proactive, even going as far as to reach out to some of our previous offers to check the status of their current contracts. During one of these calls, she discovered that the contract had fallen through, and had us contracted for the house the very next morning.

Her efforts didn't stop after getting us under contract, or even after closing. She has a nearly endless list of resources that she shares with clients. We have come to trust all of her recommendations, using her contractors for AC installation, radon mitigation, and many other little projects. We have even asked her plenty of garden advise!

We highly recommend Kimber! She is passionate, kind, friendly, and the perfect realtor!

Kimber is pretty much the best realtor you could have. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and super honest. She helped us navigate the storm of finding a house during the hot sellers market of COVID and we couldn't be happier with how it all went. I can't say enough good stuff about Kimber Dempsey, it’s almost like she has a sixth sense to deliver her clients exactly what they need. I live in California, and will be moving to Colorado in a few years, and really love some of the mid-century styles, and wanted to lock something in now.

We talked and texted and I picked out some houses, I thought were pretty good in areas I was interested in. Based on my likes Kimber picked out some places too. Apparently Kimber knows "me" better than I know myself, and found me the perfect house.

She made the bidding and closing process easy as could be. She has inspectors, and electricians etc. that she works with who really took the burden off of me when it came to items to be fixed prior to closing.

I read a review years ago when buying a house, that the true quality of a realtor can be determined when closing, anyone can show you a house. Kimber will find the house, or show you the houses you find, and will be there every step of the process, and after the process too, and let’s not forget her impeccable style.

Did I mention that I referred her to my sister and brother in law who are Colorado locals; she gave them the same exceptional and personal guidance as well, I guess that’s six thumbs up total.
