Kimberley Dale

Most of my family has lived in the Hayward area all of their lives. I was born here and spent much of my life on the area lakes with my family. I have had the privilege of raising my three daughters here and have two of them who have chosen to live and work in the area. In 2006 I started working in the real estate business with Property Management of Hayward managing vacation rentals. In 2010 I seized the opportunity to purchase Property Management of Hayward and started working real estate sales with a local real estate company. In 2015 I married Matt and we now own and operate the business together. In addition to my mother, five of our six children now work for us and we very much enjoy running a true family business. In 2016, I joined RE/MAX Preferred and look forward to a bright and successful future in real estate sales.

I enjoy spending free time with my husband and our 6 grown children working and playing in the Northwoods. We like to spend as much time outdoors as we can mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, snowshoeing & gardening. We also continue family traditions of hunting and fishing and love exploring the areas forests and lakes.

My extensive knowledge of the area, as well as my years of experience working with home owners and rental properties all around the Hayward area, give me the edge over competition when it comes to working with potential buyers and sellers. I have witnessed the changes in the local real estate market for most of my life. I understand what makes properties in this area desirable and can answer just about any question a buyer or seller may have regarding the area and its history. My forte is lake properties and my experience is unsurpassed when it comes to second homes used to generate vacation rental income!
