Kimberley is definitely the best agent I have dealt with so far in the US. My husband and myself have recently relocated from Europe and Kimberley has always helped us since the first moment we contacted her. She was listed as one of the top agents in the area and that’s the reason why we first approached her. She helped us even if we would have moved to a different area than the one she works in, so I could tell she was helpful unconditionally and without expecting anything in return!
Her competency and professionality go together with her work ethic and kindness. I would definitely recommend her whether it’s rental or purchase and I will certainly work with her again in the future.

Kimberley is extremely hard working, and dedicated to her clients, really advocating for me every step of the way. It was really hard to find an agent because I were renting not buying, I’d already been looking for months. Kim took my case and ran with it, and within a month of reaching out to her, I signed my lease! She totally understood all my needs and really went the distance to find the perfect spot. With all these bidding wars going on, she really got me the best deal and made the process so much less stressful.

Kimberley was our buyer's agent in a seller's market. I think without Kimberley's help we would not have been able to secure the house of our dreams! She is not pushy, but rather has a lot of finesse with negotiations. She was quickly able to understand the sellers' unique situations and concerns so that we could optimize and personalize our offers.

She also was helpful along every step of the process. When we encountered any issue her first instinct was to quickly look for a way to solve it instead of trying to figure out whose fault it was. She even offered to help move boxes into our new house when we experienced an issue with our movers.

I would fully recommend Kimberley, especially in a competitive market.

Kim is the ultimate professional. She will go above and beyond! She has extensive knowledge of the market. That helped me negotiate a good price.
