I was relocating to Payson for my work.
I had already accepted the position and had been looking for two months for a place to live. I had worked with two other realtors. Both of them were very nice, but did not understand the urgency of my need to find the right home.
Kimberly stepped in and was extremely understanding and was able to provide me with multiple choices in a very short period of time. I appreciated the fact that she understood this was important to me to find find the right home to purchase. Other realtors told me I would just have to rent for a while, even though there was nothing acceptable that was available to rent.
Kimberly did an outstanding job of understand my needs and reacted with a sense of urgency other realtors lacked. I highly recommend Kimberly Anderson!!
