My daughter has known Kim for many years; so when I told her I was ready to sell my house, she asked Kim to call me. I am so glad she did. Kim was a blessing! I moved to my daughter's ranch and left Kim in charge of everything. She worked so hard to make sure the house looked amazing for pictures and showings. I received multiple offers, and it sold super quick. Kim went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend her!

I've been fortunate enough to work with Kim Anderson on both the purchase of my Mom's home and the marketing and sale of my son's home. When my Dad died and we needed to move my Mom into a new home, Kim took the time to understand her needs and sought out only the properties that my Mom might be interested in. At 88 years old, my Mom wasn't interested in looking at dozens of homes and she chose one of the first homes that Kim had researched on her behalf. Kim handled everything, making the entire process enjoyable.

When my son was ready to sell his home, Kim counseled us on upgrades we could make that would increase the value of the home, improve our margins and speed up the process of selling the home. Kim went above and beyond, working with the contractors to do the work needed to get the home ready to sell. She found us a staging company and managed that process as well. We received several offers above what we were asking on the very first day and closed quickly.

Kim is professional, friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, she takes the time to get to know exactly what you're looking for and then does her homework to find a home for her clients to purchase or to find a seller for their home. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Kim and with Ebby Halliday and highly recommend them both.
