Kim is a great realtor, and very knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer she helped me with the whole process from the pre approval until the closing. I appreciated all of her time. She truly cares for you to be satisfied with the purchase of your home and not just the sale. Just write down what your looking for and she will take it from there. I don’t forget the delicious cup cakes she brought one time as well.

She is always very responsive, has very good ideas on how to improve appearance of property to make it more attractive to buyers and knows how to find listings that best meet your needs without having to sift through dozens of listings that don't even begin to apply to what you asked for.
