Kimberly has worked for Venture Properties since 2013 handling the marketing strategy for the company. Earning her real estate license in August 2015, she officially joined the brokerage as a Realtor. After just three and half years in sales, Kimberly ranked #4 out of 1000+ agents in all of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors and has set new sales records. In 2018, she officially became an owner of Venture Properties and earned her Broker license in May 2019. In addition to selling, she continues to handle the marketing strategy for the company.
