I was born in Miami and raised in Windermere along the Butler Chain of Lakes, where I learned early the value of hard work, family, and integrity. As the youngest of seven, raised with strong Midwestern values, commitment wasn’t optional—it was a way of life. That foundation still defines me today.
I’m a mother of five incredible children who serve in law enforcement, fire, medical, and military roles. I’ve also served as an EMT, so I understand responsibility, pressure, and what it means to show up when it matters most. Many know me simply as “Triplett’s mom”—a title I carry with pride.
I’ve called Pagosa Springs home since 2000 and have spent over 26 years exploring and connecting deeply with this community. For the past 12+ years as a full-time real estate agent, I’ve consistently ranked in the top 1%, with over $200 million in closed sales. But for me, it’s never been about the numbers—it’s about people.
