Kim was born in the northwest suburbs and moved back to Arlington Heights in 2018 where she currently resides with her husband and two sons and daughter. After living in the Chicago and Evanston area for 13 years, she made the move to the burbs. This Meadows Mustang is back in the area and knows the northwest suburbs. One of the things Kim loves most about Real Estate is the relationships and helping clients throughout Chicagoland. Kim works both in the city and suburbs and does sales and rentals. Kim has been in the real estate industry for over 26 years w over 100 Million in sales! She did marketing for 5 years and was a licensed assistant & office manager for 5 years at Sudler. Joining @properties Christie's International Real Estate in 2005 - she grew her business fast! She was awarded one of @properties Christie's International Real Estate's Most Experienced Newcomers in 2006 and continues to grow her business while working from referrals and new clients. She was awarded one of @properties Christie's International Real Estate's Most Improved Outstanding Achievement and remained a Top Producer with the Chicago Association of REALTORS® from 2009 to the Present. She has a daughter and 2 sons and continues to serve her client's needs as a working mother and a Top Producer. Kim recently started working as a coordinator for estate sales and property transition services for those downsizing or losing a loved one. Kim works with renters, buyers, and sellers. She works well with experienced buyers and sellers as well as 1st-time homebuyers and enjoys educating them on the process. She is experienced with condos, townhomes, single-family home sales, and managing/owning an investment property. She owned investment property in the past and understands the business of being a Landlord. She has also worked on development teams in Chicago, which gave her great appreciation for new construction and rehab work.
Kim graduated from Indiana University with a degree in event planning and a business minor. While at IU she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority, Redsteppers dance team and IUSF. She enjoys being involved in the PTA, chamber & playing pickleball. When she is not working, she is either at a hockey rink, golf course, or cheering for her kids at softball / baseball fields.
