About Kimberly

A real estate professional who brings a strategic yet personable approach to her business, Kim began her career during Long Island’s down market in 2008. Those difficult years of selling required determination and creativity to succeed. Kim does not shy from a challenge and worked hard to build her reputation for exceeding client expectations while providing refreshingly friendly customer care.

A Long Island native, Kim has helped buyers and sellers from Garden City to East Hampton for nearly 10 years. She graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with a degree in English. Before getting into the real estate business, she was in commercial lines marketing in lower Manhattan for one of the world's largest insurers. This led her to help build a London-based online insurance marketplace, and then manage marketing communications and PR for a successful technology firm.

Kim naturally brings her writing, event planning and marketing experience to her real estate practice. Sophisticated open house events, stunning print advertising and virtual tours, cutting-edge online marketing investments, and the elegant telling of her clients’ home stories characterize her work. She employs effective, results-driven selling strategies while maintaining a warm, consultative style, listening to her clients’ needs, educating and guiding them through a complex process.

L.N. Kim pledges outstanding client communication, personal touches, utilization of the latest technologies and smart negotiations to all she serves. She is a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), member of NAR, NYSAR, and LIBOR and currently serves on the board of The PART--a non-profit scholarship and grant provider she helped create for Long Island theater students. Kim and her husband Tom have three terrific children in Commack School District and share their home with an impressively overindulged Basset Hound. In her spare time, Kim enjoys reading, exploring Long Island with her family and relaxing to the magical sounds of Barry Manilow, poolside, with a box of Cheez Its.
