My family had been looking for a home since before our second child 2 years ago. The home we had was wonderful but we had began to outgrow it and we were desperate to move to a bigger place. We were looking for our forever home. We had worked with a realty team a year before but were unable to purchase a property. A friend of ours referred us to the KCH team and we could not be more pleased with the results. Kimberly was attentive, responsive, caring and passionate about helping us not only sell our condo, but finding our new house. She and her team were patient through the process and diligent with the details. Kimberly & Megan Rork (a new team member of KCH) were the perfect people to help us find the perfect home and I am SO glad we were able to work with them.
I only gave her 5 stars because that's all the stars they had available! I HIGHLY, with FERVOR recommend her to ANY and EVERYONE looking to buy or sell a home!
