About Kimberly

Born and raised in St. Joseph, IL I headed up North to Minnesota for ? college and change of scenery?. I graduated from St. Mary's University, Winona MN with a dual major in International Business & Spainish? and ?played volleyball for our Varsity team. I cherish the foundation SMU gave me to succeed in life; both personally and professionally? and love giving back to my Alma Mater and served 2 terms on our Alumni Board of Director?s?.

?I started in the Corporate world, living in Detroit, MI but quickly learned that I didn't fit the mold and found myself? moving back home to St. Joe and by a chance conversation I threw myself into real estate.

I learned quickly how to run my own business at 23 and loved the challenges that came along. With now over 16 years at RE/MAX Realty Associates, I'm still loving the challenges but see them as they always have been as rewards.

?I now live in Champaign with my amazing husband Dan, who also has an extensive career in real estate; along with our 2 little boys and our very energetic Vizsla Murray. While I specialize in the Residential market, Dan focuses on our own investment portfolio in addition to Commercial sales. ?When we are not working, we love to travel and are staying busy with our boys.

I love what I do and looking back at that chance conversation, I realize that nothing really is up to chance and a firm believer that everything happens for a reason.
