We could not have asked for a better realtor!! Kim made sure we found a place that was comfortable for my dad. When listing his house she was wonderful!! I would recommend Kim and VIP to any of my family or friends looking to by a house! Not many places you can go, to buy/sell and leave with new friends!! We appreciate everything you have done..

Kimberly gained my respect and my business when I listed my house for sale by owner and she reached out and asked if I'd be interested in listing with her. I didnt say no because she made the transaction affordable and was eager to sell it and it took less than a week to get an offer and we closed in about 45 days. I couldn't have asked for a more eager agent that made everything so easy. She has contractors you can trust that are ready and willing to help to get your house ready for that passing inspection. I would highly recommend her without hesitation. The end of our business deal she handed me two lovely celebration gifts! She's amazing and willing to go the extra mile! So pleased and thrilled with everything.

Kim is an amazing real estate agent! She kept her eye out for new listings and let us know right away when something was listed that fit our criteria. Kim is definitely my realtor of choice. She went above and beyond to show me anything and everything I wanted to see. She basically came when I called.
