Kimberly Ergul

Kimberly has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia since 2010. As a continuous Top Producer within the company, she prides herself on integrity, knowledge of the area, prompt follow-ups, prioritizing quality over quantity, and being a good listener. Kimberly and her family have resided in Savannah for over 20 years. During the time of residency, she has been involved with numerous community activities and committees through local charities and organizations (listed below).

In 2012, she co-authored a regional best seller coffee-table style book entitled A Savannah Christmas. Kimberly’s passion for interior design pairs perfectly with the Real Estate profession by allowing her to assist clients in staging their home for the market, as well as, helping clients visualize the potential for a property of interest. Kimberly is a “Stand Out” in the community and in the Real Estate field.
