It was great working with Kimberly.
Our search process was long and arduous but Kimberly stuck with us and was very informative, supportive and helped us find a home we are happy with today.
She was very insightful on build quality, market dynamics and having a good understanding of local real estate conditions.

Kimberly was also very effective with communications and kept us informed on all dealings in real estate and we're grateful for that.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kimberly! My husband and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is so hardworking and knowledgeable. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients! We have had two moves just over the past 2 years and have used her for both. We will be using her for the rest of our lives because she made our process so easy and enjoyable. Kimberly is also always so quick to respond and solve any issues that arrive during buying/selling process. She is not only an amazing relator, but an amazing person who you can tell is passionate about what she does. She is unlike any other relator and we highly recommend her! She is fantastic!

Kimberly delivers.. even in a very tough market! Her knowledge and energy are incredible and I just can't say enough positives about how friendly, down to earth and responsive she is. I honestly don't know how she can manage to make you feel like you are her one main focus when she has many other clients, but she does. We had a tough budget to work with, first-time home buyers and feeling helpless in a market with a tight inventory and fast rising prices in January-February 2022. Kimberly still managed to come through and we were even able to get our new home below asking and then some -thanks to her amazing negotiating skills. Love this girl! You can't ask for anyone better!

I met Kimberly via Zillow after I had made a request to view a home I had interest in. Kimberly was prompt and on time. Kimberly's warm welcoming personality and knowledge of homes in the Atlanta area immediately made me comfortable with working with. I explained to Kimberly my wants and not wants in a home and with that she was able to lead me to my dream home. Kimberly's knowledge of the purchase process made it easy for me to negotiate and choose the deal that best fit my budget. I will recommend Kimberly to anyone who is looking for the perfect home in Atlanta. Working with her was a delight and I will definitely remain in-touch with her as I have now made a new friend.
