I had an excellent experience with 1st Louisiana realty and my flat fee listing. They were responsive and usually turned around documents for electronic signatures (like purchase agreement amendments) in well under 24 hours. With the flat fee arrangement, I expected and wanted to act very independently as a seller trying to avoid a full listing commission. That being said, Kim and Eric were knowledgeable whenever I had a question here or there. This is a professional company that does all that a flat fee realtor should - and a little above and beyond.
