About Kimberly

As the Sales Rookie of the Year in 2017 for Landmark 24 Realty, Kimberly Ghilarducci has not been working in real estate long, but consistently produces results worthy of a seasoned veteran. Her first year in sales for the company reflect her solid work ethic, which enables her to successfully manage her career while juggling the demands of parenting. At Landmark, she appreciates the support that the management has for their realtors, crediting them with part of her success, “One of the big things for me is that our broker listens to what we say. She gets our input, and they make changes. We are truly a team.” In addition to Rookie of the Year, Kimberly has received several Summit Circle Silver Citation Awards given by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.

Kimberly started her sales career in direct selling, hosting home parties for a line of dry ingredients designed to make food preparation more convenient. While she enjoyed the customers, the salary was less than what she wanted for her family. She decided to attend real estate school, passing her certification, and spending a brief time as a general real estate agent. Kimberly still remembers her first sale. She found a perfect fit for an artist looking for a home with bright light and a workroom. This accomplishment propelled Kimberly into making a change to new home sales. After collaborating with other builders in the area, she heard of an opportunity at Landmark 24 and decided to join the team.

A genuine, happy attitude helps customers connect with Kimberly immediately. She is pleased to tell them of the innovations at Landmark and the way the team stays current with design trends, “We offer a variety of floorplans. We are always constantly improving them and adding new ones or modifying the ones that we have because we like to have options for our customers.”

Summer is especially enjoyable for Kimberly, spending tons of time in the water with her children, swimming at the community pool or visiting the beach. She enjoys the more relaxed schedule, playing games with her kids at home or watching movies. Kimberly is also a pescatarian, eating vegetables and fish while moving toward a more plant-based lifestyle. She started changing her diet around eight years ago, including more vegetables as her main source of nutrition. Now, she tries to make choices in all aspects of her life that are in line with her philosophy and is the proud owner of a vegan purse made from seat belts.

Kimberly is sure to replicate her success in sales and is already showing impressive statistics for the year. It is not about the numbers though. It is more about appreciation for each of her customers at Landmark 24 Homes.
