Kim Goodwin has extensive knowledge about selling RE and recently received a degree in Staging. Kim has an eye for design and a passion for decorating. She knows staged homes normally sell for more then empty houses do. Not all buyers can imagine how a space can be utilized so Kim stages using what’s already there or she’ll bring in her own staging decorations to help you sell your house for the highest amount. Money spent on staging your home is an expensive you’ll definitely see a return on when selling your home.
