Kim was great to work with. She made it clear what to do to get our house sold. We got a request to see it after a couple hours of it being listed online and an offer within 48 hours of being on the market. Can’t beat that. If you listen to her, your house will sell. Very pleased. We almost didn’t sell as we had given up on finding a house we wanted but when we did finally see one we couldn’t pass on, she sure made the process of selling our house very easy so we could move into our dream home fast.

Kim was so professional, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire experience of selling our previous home, and transitioning into our new home. She is so knowledgeable and her recommendations and suggestions helped appease any stress that we had. We worked closely with Kim for 15 months and she was consistently keeping us informed on updates, timeline of next steps, and would let us know if there were any delays, as we were selling our previous home while moving into a new construction home. Kim has been the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we are grateful for her professional friendship as well!

Kim was truly meant to be a realtor. As a first time home buyer, I was scared I wouldn’t understand anything in the buying process. Kim made sure every single question I had was answered and never hesitated to answer my calls/texts. She worded everything to make sense for us. I have no family here in town, and she made me feel like she was apart of my family. She gave me honest opinions and guided me the whole way through all while allowing me to make my own decisions. She made sure we were educated on all of our options. She went through my walk-throughs with me in my new house and helped me find any defects. As a first time home buyer, the process felt overwhelming from the beginning. I didn't know how I should be doing things, I was afraid of being taken advantage of - I felt lucky as soon as my bank connected me with Kim. She's constantly available, extremely approachable, and patient beyond reason. She answered all my questions and at times told me things I should be asking that I hadn't even considered. We wasted very little time looking at properties that didn't fit my budget or vision, and faster than I ever could have imagined possible I was closing on my first house. Kim is amazing. If you're looking for property in Louisville or Southern Indiana you should definitely reach out.

Just wanted to take a minute and express our gratitude and appreciation for our amazing realtor and now lifelong friend, Kim Kraft. It started 10 months ago when we took the jump to look at a new house we had seen pop up on the market. We had reached out to Tim Handley for realtor suggestions and he immediately paired us with Kim. Fast forward to April 2024 and we our now proud owners of a custom built home! I really can’t put into words the amount of patience, hard work, knowledge, attention to detail and her commitment to make sure we always felt heard and taken care of through this process. Kim displayed these characteristics every day and at any time of day…always willing to listen and provide insight and solutions. I will not lie, this process was hard…but with Kim’s experience and leadership we were able to overcome obstacles with a sense of calmness and understanding. We have used Kim a number of times and for each home she has been brilliant. When it comes to her keeping us apprised of what is happening or whether it is just calling to make sure that we have everything that we need, she is top of the hill. With purchasing our current home she was there for every walkthrough an for every step of the process. In the 2nd to last walk she was picking out things to get fixed that we were missing as we were just so excited to get moved in.
