Kimberly is a full-time real estate professional with many years of experience as an assistant to builder, David Kuhn of Kuhn Homes LLC since 2005. Kimberly has brought her perspectives to planning and building homes that are beautiful, practical, high quality and perfect for many life stages. She can offer a trained eye to helping her clients prepare their home to sell and/or find a home that is perfect for them at their particular stage of life. Excellent and friendly customer service, relationship building and attention to detail are her top priorities, with top-tier communication and negotiation skills being to her clients' advantage. Kim's real estate experience ranges from first time home buyers and first time home sellers to those moving to be closer to their adult children and those selling the home where they raised a family, as well as buyers building a home from the ground up. She understands sensitivities in each scenario and will accompany her clients in a caring, professional manner through each step of the process. Now with an "empty nest" and after moving her Mom to be closer, Kim understands (from life experience) what to look for in a home at various life stages. Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys playing tennis, walking the family's Labradore Retriever ("Jake") and spending time with family and friends. Kim and her husband, David are graduates (and fans!) of Wake Forest Universty, as is their daughter; their son is an NC State graduate.
