Kim Leeper is She is a very knowledgeable agent but also personable as well. . Kim knows the market but was extremely helpful in guiding us through the offer process and buying process. Couldn't have done it without her. I would recommend her to others. I have worked with other realtors in the past and they were not near as good as Kim.

Genuine, Prompt, & Knowledgeable . Kim was G-R-E-A-T!! She was available anytime my husband and I needed her, and definitely knew what she was talking about from the big details, all the way down to the little details! She is very flexible, and answered all of our questions even though we had a million! My favorite thing about Kim was how genuine she was, and is. She takes everything you say into consideration and then helps you turn it into a beautiful outcome! Kim is a superior agent . I cannot praise Kim enough for everything she has done for me. I moved to Northwest Ohio from New York. She went out of her way to help find the perfect house for me. It was not easy looking at houses over video chat, sometimes it was downright impossible to get a signal. Kim would take videos and sent them to me. There is no pressure to settle on a house with Kim, we worked together for six or seven months before I found my forever home. She is very knowledgeable agent, pointed out things that I would have never looked at. I would highly recommend Kim as your agent, you will not be disappointed, and you may make a friend for life!

Highly Recommend. We have had the pleasure of working with Kim for the purchase of both of our homes. When we decided to begin our search for a home to raise our family it was no question that we would be contacting Kim again.
