Kim was wonderful to work with. She helped navigate a stressful house hunting and buying time and always made herself available to look at houses and answer questions. She was supportive when offers didnt work out and gave the right advice to finally find and purchase our new home. She has a wealth of experience to help navigate the housing market and was able to help us switch last minute from VA funding to a conventional mortage. She always new the right person to contact for every step in the purchase . She also helped us find a realator to sell our Portland home. Kim is the best and deserves the highest rating a person can get. I have bought and sold 6 homes now and she was the best realator I have had the pleasure to work with.
