I loved working with Kim. I bought my condo with her years ago. So although I was not a first time buyer per-se, this was my first time buying a single family home and applying for a mortgage and all of that fun stuff. She helped things go smoothly with buying the home. As for the sale of my condo, she had my back when I was firm about the price I needed to sell. So I've worked with her on both buying and selling end of things. She also knows the area and market well and it was important to me that me realtor was local and not new to the area.

Kim is the best!! I swear she never stops working! We’ve used her for both buying and selling, and have family using her now too. She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and extremely helpful. But she’s no push over! She will be professionally tough when she needs to be. She definitely has your back the whole way and then some!

Relocation is hard enough but house hunting during that process can be overwhelming. Kim Malin took all of the stress, worry and hardship out of the process. She works tirelessly for her clients and provides them with information, options and advice to make the most sound decision. Communication was always quick, easy, professional and comprehensive. Some realtors are gone after the sale, not Kim. She treats clients like family.

I can't imagine anyone being better than Kim. She was so helpful every step of the way. She knows what she's doing and provides such good insight. Plus, I felt that she really got to know me and understood what I was looking for, which helped so much. I looked at a lot of homes, and she never made me feel like a problem for not finding something right away. She was always available and responded quickly, from the very start of the search to the final closing. If she said she would check on something, she didn't waste any time before it was done. I'm so happy I had her as my realtor. I think she's the best.
