Kimberly Moore-Dudley

Kimberly Moore-Dudley is the Team Lead of KMD Homes Team at Compass Carolinas. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years.

Kimberly is originally from Rocky Mount, NC where her family's real estate firm has operated since 1971. She became a licensed real estate agent in 1998, specializing in new construction homes and rural housing. In 2006, Kimberly relocated to Greensboro NC, where she had attended college. Kimberly sold real estate under her own firm, Sold by Design until 2015 when she joined Keller Williams. She quickly found success at Keller Williams first as an individual top producer, then as a top team in 2018. In 2019, Kimberly became the Broker-in-Charge of Keller Williams One-supervising over 300 agents. In 2021, Kimberly opened KMD Homes Team and was recruited to Compass in 2023, becoming the first team in the Triad.

Kimberly has served on the Board of the Greensboro Regional Association of Realtors and as past President of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Foundation. She served as the Co-Chair of the Greensboro Minimum Housing Standards for 5 years and received the William Seawell Sr. and Jr Award for her work in fair housing. She is a Fellow in the NC Institute of Political Leadership and was appointed to serve on the Executive Mansion Fund by Governor Roy Cooper in 2018. Kimberly has been an Agent of Distinction with Greensboro Regional Realtors Association since 2018. Her team is a top performing team with awards in production since its creation in 2017, reaching regional status in 2018 with the 3rd highest monthly production in the Carolinas Region with her previous brokerage. She is currently in production in the top 1% of all agents in the Multiple Listing Service with 40.9 million in 2023 and 26.6 million in 2024.
