Kim did an outstanding job from start to finish. She understood the market to properly price the property, took time to understand my timelines etc. and did a great job communicating throughout the process. Incredible attention to detail and great recommendations to prepare the townhouse for sale. She had a handyman and flooring specialist, and both did impressive work at reasonable prices. Kim consistently checked on the quality and timeliness, which was much appreciated. She made the paperwork from signing on with her as the agent to the closing smooth and understandable. If I am in the market again, I will definitely turn to her again.

We LOVED working with Kim!! Not only did she help advise what we needed to get our home sold quickly, she was always available to answer all our questions through text, calls, and even in person drop by when needed. She helped walk us through the entire process step by step and was very pleasant and patient with helping us sell our home very quickly. We would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially military families that could use her expertise buying and selling homes with short notice.

Kim was my agent during my recent relocation from NC to VA. She was a jewel. Moving during the pandemic was stressful for me, but she kept me calm. Her patience in making sure I found the right home was important to her. She conducted virtual tours when I was not in VA. I finally found the perfect home. Her service did not stop there. She met the movers and did a pre-walk through for me. I highly recommend Kim. I’m looking forward to working with her again on my next home search.

Kim Munoz was an absolutely fantastic realtor. She was consummately professional, courteous, client-oriented, engaged, detail-focused, and immensely helpful beyond any reasonable expectation I had. I could always rely on her to be constantly communicative, immediately responsive, friendly, focused on my issues, and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding any matter related to the sale of my house. Moreover, she was able to successfully assist me in arranging help from a variety of other professionals I needed to prepare my house for sale: landscapers, repairmen, HOA representatives, movers, stagers, and cleaners -- anything I needed, she was able to produce. I was extremely fortunate to have her as my realtor and would strongly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough and feel as though I received a great deal more value than I expected. She is wonderful.
