Kimberly Payne

As a native Oregonian, Kimberly is inspired Portland and the surrounding areas continue to grow and evolve. She loves exploring the local restaurants, city parks and especially the homes that make each neighborhood unique.

While knowing the local area is certainly an advantage, the most important characteristic of a quality real estate agent is the ability to connect with others and understand their needs. That, in combination with an diligence and the tenacity to negotiate are skills that enables her to provide her clients the best possible service.

Outside of real estate, she dedicates herself to service. She serves on the Foundation board for Trillium Family Services, and she is a founding partner of Step 5 Productions, a non-profit to connect young professionals looking to get involved in the community with more established philanthropists. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young sons, taking in the local food and music scenes, hiking and attending sporting events.
