Kim listened to what we needed and what we wanted to be able to find the perfect place for us. We have known Kim for many years and have always appreciated her huge heart, as well as her unconditional love and friendship. When she told us that she was going to spread her wings and become a licensed real estate Agent, we thought, what a great fit for her. So fast forward a few years, and the sell of our primary residence, and then the subsequent purchases of a newer residence and an investment property, Kim has been right there with us along the journey. She has worked very hard to earn and keep our business, when others might have taken it for granted. She is probably one of the most positive, humble and empathetic people you will meet. She will admit if/when she doesn’t know the answer to a question, but will follow up and get you one. In our most recent purchase, we looked a several different locations and types of property. We’d let Kim know which ones made our must see list, and she’d go to work. We can’t say enough about her positivity during the process, and work ethic along the way. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent that does what she says, works diligently for you, stays positive, and holds the other parties accountable in the process, then we would recommend Kim Pettie to you without reservation. Kimberly is an amazing realtor!! From start to closing, she was very helpful in our home buying process! She answered our questions quickly, and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she did the research to find the answer, and then promptly got back to us. She was very detail oriented and was very patient with us as she helped us find a home that best suited our needs!
