Kimberly Plecas

Raised in Orchard Park, Kimberly, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has spent the majority of her life in the southern suburbs of Buffalo. However, like so many, she escaped the snowy winters after college and headed to Charlotte, NC with her husband Kevin. While residing in the South, Kevin and Kimberly owned a successful residential construction business in the 1990s. After starting a family, they returned to Orchard Park in 2004 where they live with their three children.

With a background in education, Kimberly is diligent in helping her clients understand the process of selling and purchasing a home. She spends a great deal of time understanding her clients’ needs and lifestyle to ensure they end up in the home they belong in. Kimberly’s success is based on the trusting relationships she builds with her clients; a relationship that lasts long after the transaction is complete.

Kimberly completed her undergraduate studies in Elementary Education and English at Fredonia State University. Her passion for Real Estate began with her work as a leasing agent for a large apartment community in Charlotte. The growth of their construction business pulled her away from the sales side of real estate temporarily but provided her with invaluable knowledge. When one can work with Kimberly, her passion for homes and knowledge of construction is evident.

When Kimberly is not helping a client sell and/or find their dream home, she is active in her children’s schools. During the winter months, she enjoys skiing and snowboarding. She is also an avid runner and can be found volunteering her time at the local racing events.
