My Husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kim when we sold our first home. She was an absolute joy and blessing to work with! She made sure she was in constant communication with us and made our process a breeze. We most recently used Kims services for our now newly built home! She was at every meeting and ask lots of questions we may not have even known to ask. She is so kind and really cares about the people she helps she even sent us a card to celebrate the anniversary of our new home!!

Kim was our realtor as a first time home owner . She was always available to answer questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would get the answer. Our process as first time home owners was so smooth because of her. I can still pick up the phone and call her today with questions. I highly recommend Kim. She has helped me buy and sell my last couple homes and when I say I would not go with anyone else, I mean it. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I want and to make sure everything was done timely. She made time for me anytime I needed her, even when she was on vacation. It can be extremely stressful just buying a home, but to have to buy and sell a home is another level of stress. I can go on and on to say so many good things about Kim. She made me feel like a priority, even while juggling her other clients and her own personal life and this meant the world to my family and myself. 5 stars hands down. We can’t thank you enough Kim.

Kim was an absolute gem during mine and my husbands home searching and buying process! Where can I begin, post-COVID the market was daunting but Kim put our minds at ease with her knowledge, kindness, confidence and expertise. Kim helped us look at numerous houses, especially with this quick market, Kim worked with urgency to get us into the homes to view.
