Kim has been a Broker Associate in the real estate industry since 1993. She is licensed in three states, Colorado, Kentucky, and Florida.

Kim started her real estate career in Ashland, Kentucky. She then moved to Crested Butte, Colorado, where she became experienced in resort luxury properties. She was a top selling broker there for 19 years. She has been awarded International Diamond, Sterling and Presidential Circle awards in past years with Coldwell Banker in Colorado. Now, she is very active in the 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin and Miramar Beach, Florida, areas with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida and has achieved Honor Society with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for 2018 which is the top 14% of the brand worldwide.
