Oh where to begin. She did an awesome job. I couldn't have ask for better. I had her all over southern east Ohio almost every night for 2 months. And this was all after her normal day job. Lots of late nights. We managed to find one to my liking and lead the way for me to purchase this house. It had been a long time coming, but she made it painless.

Kim was so attentive and provided wonderful customer service. While she had so many other things going on (open houses, inspections, closings, etc.) I felt as though I was her only client. During my closing, the buyers' reps shared that Kim was one of the best of which they had worked, timely, great communication, attention to detail. She's a rock star.

She can make things happen and advocates for only the best for her clients. My wife Ashley and I found a listing on zillow and we were lucky enough to have Kim as our realtor. She was fantastic. A genuine, nice person and very professional and responsive. She helped us negotiate a great price and answered many questions I had throughout the process as a first-time homebuyer as well as referred me to a lender that got me a fantastic interest rate. One of the things that we appreciated the most was that even after the sale, she didn't stop helping us and working on our behalf. She constantly stayed in touch with listing agent on move-out date and getting the process facilitated for a smooth transition.

I reccomend Kim to anyone in search of a new property. A great person who is great at her job!
